That smile.
We’re introduced.
“Carmen, Jason, Jason, Carmen”
He smiles as he reaches to take my hand and I think…
I could wake up sleepily to that smile, snuggling against your chest, winding myself around you and curling my fingers through your hair, kissing your soft lips before crawling out of bed in your too-big t-shirt and stumbling out to the kitchen to find something to eat, only to end up sitting on your countertop, pressed against the cupboards with my legs wrapped around your waist.
I could fall asleep to that smile, after a long night out. Falling into your bed, laughing against you, scratching my nails up your back as I pull the cotton off your body. Your thick hands wrap around my waist, your lips on my neck. We roll and undress, our bodies speaking more than words.
I could live with that smile, lay on the couch and watch movies, run in the rain, shop, and fight with that smile. I could love that smile.
“It’s nice to meet you.”
