missionary
listen closely and you’ll hear their silent tears
they’re crying out like a newborn baby
the pain is getting too loud
no one will help because the place is shady
I am watching all my peers
most of them are lazy
none of them are making me proud
they won’t step out form the comforting safety
I can’t wait for the tears to turn into cheers
that’s why I’ve been thinking lately
I’m going to stand out from the crowd
I’m going to help them, even if I’m called crazy
