Broken and bruised,
Worn and used.
My battle scars,
Tell stories,
From long ago,
When I was young,
When I was free.
Once a happy girl,
Now someone,
Just trying to survive.
I have turned,
To the dark,
I’m a soldier,
Born to fight,
Born to die.

Yeah, I love to read mystery and fiction, fantasy too but going to church makes me feel alive again

That feeling is all too common. What do you like to read? Reading the Psalms in the Bible, I find that they're full of this sort of feeling.
