Thursday
When you told me, you loved me
My heart felt like
A Beautiful Thursday Morning
With the Sunrise-King
Lighting up my bed
Through the blinds
In my window sill
When I began to embrace
That love you had for me
And reciprocated it back
My heart felt like
A Sweet Thursday Afternoon
With the melodic whispers
of a myriad of pretty little birds
When you began to overdo it
Giving me a lot of painful pleasure
Or when you make me feel left out at times
My heart felt like
A Gloomy Thursday Evening
With a war between the symphonic pattern
Of silence, and voices of birds, heading home
When you said, you loved me no more
And it was all just for fun
My heart felt like A Dreadful Thursday Night
With the clouds crying hard at a funeral
And the dim moonlight which lights our bed
Because we're helpless during a dark night
When the Moon-Queen kissed Goodbye,
And the Sunrise-King greeted the morn,
My heart felt like
A Usual Thursday
But, I do miss your presence
'Cause without you it feels like
There's no Thursday as a day of the week
in our calendar anymore
Most of the people who I love (including myself) were born on a Thursday!!!
