SHE RULES OVER MY HEART (Gratitude to my mother)

Squeezing me deep in her arms, her rosy soft lips brushes over my cheeks.
She is a fairy,
who travelled all along the fairyland to Earth for me.
She does not have a wand, or wings
ABRACADABRA GILIGILI CHU,
Her love is the only magic she uses.
Never relinquishes my side,
She is my umbrella during life’s complications,
Enlightening me with all possible simplifications.
But will this love stay forever YOUNG?
Does a fairy have an expiry date like all human (the product made by God)?
I wish the shooting star for this love to be eternal.
God is the one who sent this fairy
Thanking him for this beautiful birthday gift, I received the day I was born.
The happiness of having a mother; having my mother is all I want.

This is a short poem that I have written to show my gratitude towards my mother who has always been with me at every moment of life and led me to the right path whenever I stumbled. She has taught me the exceptional power of love that can be used to solve any problem in life.
Therefore, for that immense love, she gave me, gives me, and will always give me, I wanted to write a composition to tell how grateful and thankful I am to her for showing me how beautiful the world around me can be if we see it through the right emotion- LOVE.
