Everything to Nothing
Born into wealth with the world laid at her feet,
They take her and show her off not afraid of the consequenses,
Thrust against a background of opulence and clout beging for a worthy taker,
And when one comes twice her senior they give her off proud of their showmanship,
She begs all trough the night not to be given over and they refuse,
With contempt and grief in her heart she accepts her fate and walks crest fallen away,
The next morning they enter her chambers with smiles on their faces only to be stopped short,
There, all alone, she had taken her life,
All the wealth and power in the wolrd could not stop her from bleeding like a poverty stricken pauper!
