Zero has amazed me
This concept of zero
This concept of nothing
The Mayans knew this
The Gupta Empire knew this
The whole world accepted it
But I, I am skeptical

How can you measure a nothing
What is nothing
How do we know that zero is nothing
It must be something because we gave it a name
It must be something because it has a symbol

If zero is nothing
Can space be zero
Can the unknown be zero
Or will we never know

It is interesting how humanity
scrapes all of nothing into something
Maybe zero is a concept
the world cannot conceive of
Because it is beyond our own measures,
our own capability

Zero seems lifeless
well the way we describe it
If zero is nothing,
shouldn't it be more applicable and not only numerical

If zero is nothing
when is the start of something

If 5 + 0 = 5
then why 5 x 0 = 0?
How can something times nothing be nothing

Clearly this must be wrong? Right
Clearly this means nothing …
