Jealousy should watch out,
Because I am more jealous than she.
The green-eyed monster need not pout,
Just because my eyes are greener than he.
But my eyes did not used to be,
greener than he,
No, they used to be
A caramel hazel deep.
And I did not used to be more
more jealous than she,
Until that night,
When a cold wind swept down over me.
Now I want to hide away,
Where inside I should stay!
Just me and envy,
Just me and the green
