Concentrated and congealed
In the blood of many
Are hopes and dreams that run thick with
Trepidation and self-inflicted
Barriers
You get in your own way, and
For what?
Only to wish that your hope was as strong as
Your fears and the obstacles
You placed in your
Way
It's not that hard to chase something
When your life depends
On it
So act like your happiness is as
Essential as the blood
Running through your
Heart
And mobilizing the vehicle
Of your body
And will
Act like you live to live, and not
To survive
