“I hear the whistles blowing”
I hear the whistles blowing, from one end to the other,
These lifeguards, each one watching, scanning,
Keeping the public safe.
They mostly warn the people,
“Don’t run, don’t dive, or jump here”
But when an emergency happens,
They’re the heroes that will save us.
They’re trained to save all lives that fall into the water,
Performing CPR and resuscitating victims.
Lifeguards are our unsung heroes that keep our playtime safe.
