The Horror of 9/11
The year 2001
It was supposed to be like any other day
But in one blink of an eye,
That went all away.
Americans struck with shock,
Nothing but smoke was around the towers
No one could believe the devastation,
For they went down in a matter of hours.
There was sadness in the hearts of all Americans.
There were Sarah’s’, Larry’s’, Kevin’s
In the Twin Towers
On the day of 9/11.
