Favorite Quote:
A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him.

Intro: Music

Chorus:
She’s just a girl, ah ah, shes just a girl
living in this world, with no one to love or rely on
no possibilities, living in the streets because she lost and couldn't accept her defeat

Verse:
ah, she’s just girl, nobody can see
she lost the lady she called mama when she was only three
ah, and now she lives in pain, walking in the streets at night while it rains
In my opinion shes not a monster
she just had to do things to survive on her own
because nobody helped her, nobody helped her when she was alone
ah, now she cries, she smells anxiety, how am i going to survive on my own
what are the possibilities
they expect her to do better, but don’t understand shes just a girl

Chorus:
She’s just a girl, ah ah, shes just a girl
living in this world, with no one to love or rely on
no possibilities, living in the streets because she lost and couldn't accept her defeat

Verse:
And i’ll be honest my eyes my eyes water
when i think about what happened to this lady’s daughter
she got bitten by snakes that never let go
but all this pain slowly made her grow
she had to become a stripper to get the money
to provide for herself and her newborn baby cause she wasnt gonna get it from being funny
where will life take her what’s her destiny
the streets are getting blurry, this girl cant see clearly
she acts like princess, dresses like a lady
the streets are getting colder, her body starts shaking
her baby gets sick, the air gets thick
i’m rapping so nice i think i’m better than meek
ah, and she learns a life lesson
her mom got nothing from life cause she got wasted
drinking that alcohol and popping them mollys
a girl that was once jolly is falling in depression
now this girl following her mother’s footsteps
is falling into traps, the way she’s acting is just reckless
they expect her to do better, but don’t understand she just a girl

Chorus:
She’s just a girl, ah ah, shes just a girl
living in this world, with no one to love or rely on
no possibilities, living in the streets because she lost and couldn't accept her defeat

She’s just a girl, ah ah, shes just a girl
living in this world, with no one to love or rely on
no possibilities, living in the streets because she lost and couldn't accept her defeat

Bridge:
This girl died when her baby was only three, the chain keeps on going
can this baby change the prophecy
left in the streets to die with no one to love
but she got lucky because a good person her
now she goes to school, has many friends
and she thanks this wonderful lady for all her kindness
she has nightmares every night about her mom
and how things would have been is she didn’t get drunk
they took advantage of her mama, ah but she overcame all the drama

Verse:
Shes a strong girl, with an even stronger heart
nobody can break it because is made out of steel and rocks
even though shes loved she feels alone
because she can still hear her mother moan....
in her head, the last words mama said before she took her last breath
was, “ your just a girl make them understand, you're stronger and more powerful show them that you can. never give up, i love you”gasp and she took her last breath
her daughter crying in the sidewalk, she started yelling out loud

Chorus:
She made me a girl, to live in this world, giving me reasons to love
and people to rely on, with possibilities
not having to live in the streets because she did everything
so i can live happily, she covered her mom's eyes
felt the warm blood and ran away, quietly because she had nothing to say

This piece tells a very important message and i want the reader to understand this message so they can see what a lot of young girls go through. What inspired me to write this piece was girls that suffer because of this problem.
