I start the day and wake up to hellos,
Get up from my bed and stare at the skies,
I slip on my clothes and go with the flow,
I feel free and relaxed and ever so wise.

I Rush down the stairs to devour my meal,
There was chicken soup, I engorged it whole,
I had a strange blur, it felt so unreal,
Something had a hold of me and my soul.

I then stood up and went to my soft couch,
called for my dog companion to play,
I Went out and took a toy from my pouch,
Me and my boy had lots of fun all day.

We played untill dawn, he found a big bone,
This is how it feels to not be alone.
